The restaurant Le Barchesse di Brola offers, along with the best wines in the area, a rich selection of dishes created with ingredients obtained from the surrounding farmland: ten hectares of vineyards, olive groves, orchards and vegetable gardens. The à la carte and Seasonal Menu offerings, created by the chefs Evel Carapia and Alessia Parisi, stimulate the appetite with home made pasta, meats rich in flavour, vegetables from the garden and home made desserts.
